ABUNDANTLY BLESSED - JOYOUSLY GIVING!
"Joyously Giving" is the theme of our fall Stewardship Appeal. This theme points to what happens when we celebrate the abundant blessings we receive as God’s people, gathered together, seeking to follow the call our Lord extends to each of us. Looking ahead to 2022, the needs of our community and Holy Trinity challenge but also excite us! We are looking to expand our ministry by expanding our audience through new technology and live streaming our Sunday services. We plan on repeating the success of our Vacation Bible School and complement that with a stronger and more energized Youth Program. We are working on an enhanced music program to augment our worship services and encourage more members to share their musical gifts. We’re not stopping there! Our Church home will be “super cool” with an upgrade to at least one of our air conditioning units. All these activities will move HTLC towards better recognition outside of the Church walls as well as provide more opportunity to serve our congregation and community. More involvement with our members and in our community will lead to building relationships and changing lives. Your gifts through this coming year’s stewardship, will enable all this activity and growth! We invite you to pray for Holy Trinity and the expansion of our ministries your gifts will provide. Sunday, Nov. 7th is Abundantly Blessed – Joyously Giving Commitment Sunday. During worship, you will have the opportunity to bring forward your enclosed Statement of Intent, offering your gifts to God. You may also mail your Statement of Intent to the church office. Newcomers are welcome to participate with one-time gifts or simply enjoy the service! On Sunday, Nov. 14th we will announce the current results of our Abundantly Blessed – Joyously Giving commitments. We will celebrate together with a special reception after the service. We are excited about the opportunities to meet the needs of the church and community in 2022. As we emerge from hurricanes and pandemics, we remain strong as a congregation and we’re ready for more outreach, more nurturing and more worship through service. Come celebrate with us! |
